Effective date: . These Terms govern your use of NEX (Next Experience), an initiative of Primverick IT Solution.

1. About NEX

NEX is a youth and developer empowerment program that provides managed access to premium AI chat tools for education, creativity, and innovation. We facilitate access through an organizational workspace; we are not the AI model provider.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. Access is provided under our team workspace for educational and research purposes.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials.
  • Seats are provisioned by email invitation; subscriptions are either Single (1 email seat) or Multiple (up to 5 email seats).
  • Seats are personal and non-transferable except through an approved seat swap managed by NEX.

3. Access Model & Scope

  • NEX grants access to a premium AI workspace with features such as generous messaging, data analysis tools, projects/canvas, connectors, and multi-modal capabilities where available.
  • Feature availability and limits may vary over time due to provider updates or fair-use protections.
  • We may pause or revoke access if misuse or policy violations are detected.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No spam, scraping at scale, automated account creation, or abuse of rate limits.
  • No use that violates applicable law, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
  • No attempts to subvert safety systems or to resell access outside your subscription.

5. Privacy & Data

  • Workspace data is not used for model training by default according to the provider’s enterprise settings.
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by the provider. NEX administers seat access and does not claim ownership of your content.
  • You are responsible for not uploading confidential data unless you have rights and consent to do so.

6. Billing, Renewals & Refunds

  • Subscriptions renew on a monthly or yearly basis as selected. Yearly plans reflect a price equivalent to 2 months free.
  • Access begins upon payment confirmation and email invite processing.
  • Refunds are generally not provided once access is provisioned for 7 days , except where required by law. Contact support for edge cases.

7. Seat Management

  • Single: 1 email seat. Multiple: up to 5 email seats under one subscription.
  • Seat swaps are available for team changes (e.g., graduation, departure); processing time may apply.
  • On expiry or cancellation, seats are removed; access can be re-activated on renewal.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
  • NEX branding and site content are owned by Primverick Access Hub or its licensors.
  • Generated outputs are subject to the provider’s terms; you are responsible for compliance and lawful use.

9. Disclaimers

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; always review results before relying on them.
  • NEX is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEX and Primverick IT Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal requirements, or risk to platform performance. You may cancel at any time via your subscription channel.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. We will post the updated date at the top. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
