1. Who we are

NEX (Next Experience) is a youth and developer empowerment program operated by Primverick IT Solution. We facilitate managed access to premium AI tools through an organizational workspace. We are not the AI model provider.

2. Information we collect

• Account & Contact Data: name,phone, email address(es) for seat invites, and basic profile info you provide.
• Subscription & Payment Data: plan type, status, payment references from Paystack. We do not store full card details—payments are handled by the processor.
• Usage Data: limited technical logs (browser type, device, timestamps, pages/features used) to operate and secure the service.
• Support Data: messages you send to support (email/WhatsApp) and their metadata.
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: small files used for session management, preferences, and optional analytics.

3. How we use information

• Provision and manage seat invites to our workspace.
• Process subscriptions and payments, including renewals and receipts.
• Provide support, detect abuse, and maintain security and performance.
• Improve our service, including optional analytics and aggregated statistics.
• Communicate important updates (policy changes, service notices).

4. Legal basis (where applicable)

• Contract: to deliver the service you subscribe to.
• Legitimate interests: to prevent abuse, secure the service, and improve features.
• Consent: for optional analytics/cookies or marketing (where used).
• Legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws (e.g., tax/receipt records).

5. Data sharing & processors

We share data only with providers needed to operate NEX, such as:

• Payment processors Paystack for secure payments.
• Workspace provider (enterprise AI chat platform) to provision access under our organizational license.
• Communications & infrastructure (email, hosting, error logging, analytics—if enabled).

These providers process data under agreements and security standards appropriate to their services.

6. Data retention

• Account and subscription records: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and audit purposes.
• Technical logs: typically short to medium retention for troubleshooting and security.
• Support messages: retained as needed to resolve issues and maintain history.

7. Security

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers where applicable.
• Access is limited to authorized personnel with need-to-know.
• No method is 100% secure; we continuously improve safeguards.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., Ghana data protection law, GDPR/EEA, CCPA/California), you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for optional analytics/marketing (where applicable).
• Portability of data you provided (where feasible).

Service providers may process data in countries outside your own. We rely on contractual protections and industry-standard safeguards for such transfers.

11. Children

NEX is intended for users aged 13+ (or the age required by local law). If we learn we’ve collected data from a child under the applicable age, we will delete it.

Our site or workspace may link to third-party sites or tools we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes. We’ll update the “Effective date” above and, when appropriate, notify you through the service.
